What is leaving to pass next? If this is the `one magnitude less` aftershock that we were told to look after the Sep 4th 7.1 magnitude earthquake, then (even though this one was 6.3 not 6.1) perhaps that entire saga is approaching to an end?

But somehow, Carter and I got out the threshold by 5:30 so he could be at school by 5:45 and off to Marshfield shortly thereafter for the district Solo & Ensemble Competition.I didn't even care how tired I was, I was hardly grateful to see the broad moon and open sky - no fog!On the way into town I asked Carter if he was uneasy at all.

Thanks to so many of you who have sent me heart-felt congrats on our little monster! Many of you asked to part my baby knitting as I end up projects, and so I've had to acknowledge that I haven't been doing any baby knitting yet. Not a single stitch!

At first I thinking I wanted to hold until we knew if it's a boy or a girl, but the more I've thought about it, the more I mean I was holding off until at least the first trimester was done, waiting for it to get a bit more real.

This Valentine's Day, Swedish pop singer Robyn played a sold out show at Uptown's Riviera Theatre. She was originally scheduled to do last Friday, but the book had to be rescheduled due to an illness. Opening for her were two performers I wasn't familiar with: Natalia Kills and Diamond Rings.
